Limited 1 Year Product Warranty

Spider Gear LLC., ("Spider Gear")warrants these products against defects in material or workmanship for aperiod of (1) year from the original purchase of the product. Pursuantto this Limited Warranty, Spider Gear will, at its option:

• (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or,

• (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Forthe purposes of this Limited Warranty, "refurbished" means a product orpart that has been returned to its original specifications. Thewarranty provided is for repair or replacement of the Spider Gearproduct only.

Any parts or products replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Spider Gear.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not included in this warranty.

Theuse of any non-genuine parts or accessories will void this warranty.Any parts or products replaced under this Limited Warranty will becomethe property of Spider Gear LLC.

•Spider Gear is not liable for damage to cameras, equipment, clothing oranything in your surrounding environment as a result of using them.Spider Gear is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or othersas a result of using our products.

Limitations on damages:

SpiderGear LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,special, or consequential damages for breach of any express or impliedwarranty or contract or tort claim on this product.
